High Wind Warning for 3AM to 5pm for West KY.
This is an issue for Ice Storm Recovery for sure. Confidence Levels remain the same. Threats are Damaging Winds both Thunderstorm and Non Thunderstorm. And even locally heavy rain with ponding on the roads issues can't be ruled out.
