FEMA and National Guard have still setup areas in hard hit counties like Ballard, Livingston, Crittenden, and Fulton, Hickman, and Carlisle.
Most power has been restored in cities like Murray, Henderson, Owensboro, Fulton, Princeton, Madisonville. Towns like Marion and Livingston county are still without power but they do have water for the most part.
It can still could take weeks to get power back in very rural and hardest hit areas. As new powerlines and powerpoles will have to be set up and regridding of power systems must occur.
