First after a warmup today and flurries tomm. and Tuesday a extended warmup lasting maybe up to 10 days is expected in West Kentucky.

Updates: Several church services have cancelled services across West KY esp the more hard hit areas. Contact radio stations for more details to see if you have church services. Also national guard and spotters with emergency management are checking up on door to door services on people who don't have power.
In Livingston and Crittenden and rural areas water pressure is starting to come back. Although there is no power at least water will start to come back.
