BeShear's Major Diaster Declaration

Governor Beshear has asked for a Major Disaster Declaration as damages are starting to exceed 45 Million Dollars. With this a swifter action by FEMA and more action to get the necessary supplies needed for many Kentuckians still in the dark without food and water will be available.
