It is that day Memorial Day. Rain appears to be more widespread but overall this appears to be a type of day with a pretty high (70-90) of rain unlike Sunday like I hoped for more hit or miss activity is expected. Since the lake day isn't expected to be a total loss and Confidence level of 3 will be given.

Miss River (from Cairo IL to Hickman KY) 3 (Thunderstorms could become very widespread but the day is not expected to be a washout)
Ohio River (from Cairo IL to Smithland KY) 3 (Thunderstorms could become very widespread but the day is not expected to be a washout)
Ohio River (from Smithland KY to Owensboro KY) 3(Scattered Thunderstorms could lead locally heavy rain and some crappy lake time, but not a total washout )
