First Lake Day Outlook for Saturday May 23rd

Saturday May 23rd the first big time lake day for many. Boating adventures, Fishing adventures, and fun times as Memorial Day weekend kicks off. On both rivers and the Land between the Lakes fun times are to be had. Scattered thunderstorms might try to ruin the party, but luckily it shouldn't be a widespread event so don't cancel those lakes and river events, but keep an eye to the sky for some non-severe thunderstorms.

Confidence Levels (5 best) (1 worst)

LBL (parts of Trigg, Marshall, Calloway, Lyon, and Livingston counties) 3 (Scattered Thunderstorms could lead locally heavy rain and some crappy lake time, but not a total washout.)

Green River (from Calhoun to Rochester KY) 3 (Scattered Thunderstorms could lead locally heavy rain and some crappy lake time, but not a total washout.)

Lake Malone (parts of Todd, Muhlenberg, Logan counties) 3 (Scattered Thunderstorms could lead locally heavy rain and some crappy lake time, but not a total washout.)

Miss River (from Cairo IL to Hickman KY) 3 (Scattered Thunderstorms could lead locally heavy rain and some crappy lake time, but not a total washout. Also some minor flooding is occuring on the Miss. River)

Ohio River (from Cairo IL to Smithland KY) 3 (Scattered Thunderstorms could lead locally heavy rain and some crappy lake time, but not a total washout. Also some minor flooding is occuring on the Ohio)

Ohio River (from Smithland KY to Owensboro KY) 4
