Ohio RIver Flood update

One bit of good news is that it appears that the activation of the waterway has relieved the Ohio River flooding a little bit. Smithland is expected to crest at around 55feet(still record flooding and bad.) instead of 58feet. Paducah only at 55.5 feet instead of 58.5, and Paducah and Cairo may actually be in the process of cresting and flatting out.
