Junemester

June Like Weather for a few days today and tomorrow particularly. Tempartures will be in the 87-91 range for all of Western KY today.

- We will face a slight risk of severe storms in far Western KY on Thursday Night, and some chance of strong to severe storms cannot be ruled out on Friday.

- The Ohio River at Golconda and Shawneetown should fall below Major Flood stage today. The Ohio River at Smithland, Paducah, and Cairo will still take several days to fall below Major Flood stage. Should fall below Major Flood Stage anytime from Friday to Sunday or Monday.
- The Miss. River at New Madrid has already crested this past weekend and should gradually fall below major flood stage by next weekend.
- The rivers listed above will probably take weeks to fall totally below flood stage, but once the rivers fall below Major Flood Stage rebuilding and damage assessment and openings of major roadways can really start to be done.
