Rivers remain the same. Cairo appears to have flatlined at around 60 feet with no rise. Paducah and Smithland are expected to rise near 55ft and stop.
- Major Flooding is going on along the Ohio, the lakes, and at the Green River at Calhoun. Turn around and do not drown in these areas.
