Before the eclipse

Storms may move into far Western KY and produce locally heavy rain and small hail along with vivid lightning. Elsewhere very isolated storms may form locally heavy rain and lightning. Areas that aren't socked in cloudcover or dealing with rain may be able to see a partial solar eclipse right before sunset.
