Heat Index is bad

If your working outside stay hydrated, if your out in a pool, just because your in a pool doesn't mean that you a safe from heat stay hydrated. Take breaks, don't leave your pets outside for long periods of time without water. Paducah Kentucky is already at 98 degrees with a Heat Index of 109.
