Drought has entered far Western Kentucky. Fulton, Hickman, Carlisle, and most of Ballard counties are under D1(Moderate Drought). Areas from around New Concord Resort on Kentucky Lake to Dawson Springs to Morganfield Kentucky westward, are not officially in drought, but are D0(abnormally dry), and could go into drought if significant precipitation doesn't occur.
