This round should move out of west ky by noon to 12:30 than a more intense round back in Missouri and Arkansas and even down to Oklahoma should move in and cause sig. freezing rain/sleet accumulations 1/4 to 1/2 inch of glaze south of west ky parkway and sig. snow/sleet accumulations with around 2/10 inch of ice with snow and sleet accumulations of 2 to 3 inches north of west ky parkway.
