Using this map from Geology Com maps out the winter potenail that amy be possibile used by the NWS forcast and some of the models that show winter precip. Still models are kinda wacky so this may completly bust but if it don't then it is gonan be a nasty winter day in Northwest KY esp from Paduach to Livermore KY north where sig. Icing may occur.
