widespread wind damage occurred in west ky tonight 1/29/08 a derecho packing winds of 60 to 80 mph caused widespread damage in Livingston and Chrisitan Counties(injuries in Hopkinsivlle) upwards to $200,000 of damage to Grand Rivers KY. ALso 69 mph wind gust was reported in Bardwell KY other wind damage in calloway, mccracken, ballard. hopkins, daviess, and graves county more in the morning
Non Thunderstorm wind threat with gust of as high as 55mph still remains a threat. Also a light snow shower may fall in West KY tonight with black ice an issue tomorrow morning.
