There is still a chance to 1 to 4 inches across West KY, but the presence of a dry mid level(dewpoint doesn't measure this), and a dry slot by the northern stream in IL may limit snow accumulation. Still think if the temperatures cooperate that most of West KY will get 2 to 3 inches locally more except for Todd, Christian, Southern Muhlenberg, which due to the changeover to rain may only get around 1 inch.
Confidence Level is still 2 out of 5 for Winter Weather. A little low due to the dryslot concerns, and the borderline temps along the KY/TN border.
