This is the NWS PAH Special Weather Statement I believe it covers everything better
than I can explain it.
I will soon have the lake day and planner map on here soon.

...LINE OF STRONG TO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS EXPECTED TO DEVELOP AND
MOVE ACROSS THE QUAD STATE REGION SATURDAY AFTERNOON AND SATURDAY
EVENING...
CURRENT INDICATIONS ARE THAT A LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS WILL
INTENSIFY AND SWEEP SOUTHEAST ACROSS THE REGION JUST IN TIME FOR
THE 4TH OF JULY HOLIDAY. THE STORMS SHOULD STRENGTHEN SATURDAY
AFTERNOON NORTHWEST OF THE OHIO RIVER AND OVER PORTIONS OF
SOUTHEAST MISSOURI. THE LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS WOULD THEN LIKELY
MOVE SOUTHEAST INTO WESTERN KENTUCKY AND FAR SOUTHEAST MISSOURI
DURING THE LATE AFTERNOON AND EVENING HOURS. IF THESE STORMS DEVELOP...
THEY WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DAMAGING WIND GUSTS AND LARGE
HAIL. WE WILL ALSO NEED TO MONITOR FOR THE POSSIBILITY OF ISOLATED
TORNADOES.
THOSE WITH OUTDOOR PLANS ON THE 4TH OF JULY SHOULD MONITOR NOAA
WEATHER RADIO...INTERNET OR YOUR LOCAL MEDIA FOR THE LATER UPDATES
ON THIS SITUATION.
