Could we get 12-17 inches of snow this winter?

It appears that voters voted for 12-17 inches of snowfall. With one vote for 2-6 inches. Both of those things can happen. December looks to be a rather interesting month. I don't have a lot of faith in the very warm to record warm all the way though January though February. We will have to wait and see this week looks calm with some gusty winds and an isolated strong storm tomorrow. Followed by below to average temps for the most part and mostly dry for next week.
