I forgot the dry slot

How did I forget about the dry slot? This event may end up going from the big time to the big let down along and east of a line from Murray to Madisonville to Owensboro east. Still any snow that falls will blow and drift and cause Blizzard Conditions so don't let your guard down east of LBL. West of LBL the Blizzard is still on.
