Dolly lands as cat 2

Made landfall in SOuth Padre Island. Some damage reported in NE MExico and OSuth Texas. high winds, heavy rain up to 15 inches and wind gusts up to 90 to 100 MPH. Tornado Watch is also in effect for the area
